1. Quality Assurance - We take immense pride in the quality of our mushrooms. Each product is carefully inspected for freshness and quality before it leaves our farm. However, if you receive a product that does not meet your expectations or is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns - To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number and receipt).

  • For perishable items, returns can only be accepted if the item is deemed spoiled or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process - To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • We will provide instructions on how to send the product back, if a return is needed.

4. Refund Policy - Once we have received and inspected pictures of products, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

GROW KITS WILL BE REPLACED IF DETERMINED WE CAUSED THE ISSUE.

5. Non-Refundable Items - Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Any perishable goods after they have been used or opened.

6. Shipping Costs - You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or incorrect.
